Why on the 1099B when you put amounts in as sale price and cost basis it does not round up or down????

Something new on the new form.

I’m not sure what you are asking.  Are you entering cents along with the dollar amounts?

    Yes I always enter cents. This is the only form that does not round up or down.

    I've never entered cents.  Like Lisa, I didn't even realize you could enter them.  But why would you want to enter them?

      I round everything to whole dollars before entering the figures...I didnt realize we could even enter cents.
