When a Partnership is owned by two LLCs treated as S-Corps, is it safe to assume the partner that signs the 1065 is the individual owner of the LLC treated as an S-Corp as opposed to the LLC entity itself?

Huh?   What are you trying to determine....who should sign?

Yes - I'm just a little thrown off by the input since it only seems to accept individuals as opposed to entities.

Ahhh..  Right, so on the Partnership information Worksheet Part V - it requires a name.  Yes,I would use the name of the member of LLC/SCorp
