Hi to all. Proseries does not carry 1042-S? So if I switch to Proconnect you think will I face any problem? I mean, would it be easy to work with Proconnect?
I thought ProSeries does have 1042-S for 1040-NR.

It does not have it.
You should be able to just enter the income where it belongs, and enter the withholding on line 25c.
Where is line 25c?

After line 25b. 🤣
On the worksheet where you enter Estimated Tax payments, scroll down to line 18 and enter the withholding there. It will show up on line 25c of the 1040.
1042-S does have a lot of codes that it should be considered. It would not be like a w-2.
Thanks but you need to read 1042-S instruction.
