W7 Paper filing Instructions ITIN Renewals & ITIN Applications

Hello Intuit! I want to share my feedback using Pro connect software, it is very user friendly and I love the new auto suggestions. However the only downfall I noticed is the W-7 process and how the Paper Filing Instructions do not generate! This part is very  frustrating because I will have to populate the information myself which takes more time on end. The Client will not know to send the W-7 and tax return to another location other than regular paper filing returns. Please add this feature as more people would love this to be more convenient!

I am not sure what you are proposing? If you unselect the E-file in profile, a return with ITIN will have instruction that says:

Mail your Federal return on or before ... to:

DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY
INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE
AUSTIN, TX 73301-0215 USA

which is correct. What the software is missing is W7COA form.
