We are new to using ProConnect for this year and in our other software we would always use all caps when entering client information, after a talk with support it was determined we have to make this selection on each and every return. My suggestion is to make this a setting we can make at the company wide level so it will automatically apply to every tax return and save us the extra steps on each and every tax return. This will also prevent the risk that we forget to change it on a return and then the return is sent without the desired formatting.

We should have company choices for all other settings as well.

Completely agree with this.

There was a prior post (with many votes) that was supposedly already implemented but it looks like it was misunderstood- the key here is a companywide setting that marks every return in All CAPS.

I do not like a return to have ALL CAPS, it reduces readability, just as we do not post in this forum in ALL CAPS, we do not print in ALL CAPS in newspapers, but I support the idea to have a company wise setting for all options in the input field. I cannot imagine how it is implemented, but it should be implemented.

I also would like a process to make all returns print in all caps without changing the setting in each return each year.  Either a company wide setting or default that carries over each year.
