Engagement letters for MFJ Individual returns need both signatures

FL2TX

Collecting engagement letter signatures through Link seems like a great option, but it fails for Individual Married Filing Joint returns as standard practice and most (if not all) insurance companies require signature of both parties on the engagement letter. Please provide access for a second taxpayer to the Link account and functionality to collect a second signature on the engagement letter.

Thanks for the idea to collect second signature on engagement letter. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".

Honestly, I am stunned - why the tax return (MFJ) requires both signatures and the engagement letter would not? This takes away from the automated process in Intuit Link.
