This seems like a ridiculously large oversight on Intuit's part. And for that matter, why is this a topic that needs to be voted upon? Both taxpayers have to sign the return, so why wouldn't the engagement letter in Intuit Link require that both primary and spouse "accept" the T&Cs? The whole purpose of Intuit link is to have "one-stop" shopping and everything centralized and organized in one spot so we don't have to coordinate deliverables outside of the tool. This means I have to continue to send my Engagement Letter SEPARATELY via Docusign because the current engagement letter approach for Intuit Link is completely WORTHLESS for a MFJ return. Very disappointing Intuit - this seems like a situation where the "coders" are not communicating with the Intuit CPAs to ensure compliance.
