You didn't put this in the Lacerte forum. Which, specifically, is the program you are using?
We don't even know which tax form you are working on, or which year, or whose wages, or compensation for what sort of damages, and who paid who, and what legal fees.
This is Peer Users that volunteer to help when someone is having issues with the software, or for the recent tax year or two, the Changes in the rules at the last minute and/or also retroactive changes.
