I am trying to purchase more returns and I am getting the following message after I click on "buy more returns"
We were unable to load your purchase information Please contact us during our support hours to continue with your online purchase.
I very much need to print these taxes tonight.
Please any help would be appreciated.

Did you check that your credit card details are correct? If so, I'm afraid you'd need to wait until they open in the morning tomorrow.
Thanks, yes I had checked that. I was able to purchase last week, but then the sales department made a correction to my pricing. Since then I have not been able to purchase.
Unfortunately, I did not notice that the support hours are listed in pacific time. Extra bummed about that.
