If you are asked to pay, you signed up through the wrong portal.
Students need to sign up at https://www.intuit.com/partners/education-program/products/proconnect-tax-online/student-signup/ or they end up getting charged for their homework.
I followed the link and verified my email address as a student. I am still being asked to pay when I print the form.
You seem to be using the same account (username) which you told us you created using the Commercial User Log in credentials. I think you need to start over with a new account, now.
This is Peer Users, and no one here is Customer Support or Tech Support or has any access to the account info for users.
