The client's return was rejected Code: F8962-070, however, he did not have ACA insurance. How do I fix this rejection?

You find the 1095-A that he's named on, because the IRS has a copy of one that he's named on.

You can file the return on paper, but he's going to get a notice (and his refund will be held until he resolves the notice), so that doesn't really resolve things.

Do some more interrogating.  A lot of folks have said that this year but after digging a little deeper you may find that they really did dabble in the market place
