Is there a feature in Lacerte that allows an "organizer" to be generated for partnership and corporations. Specifically, I am looking for
1) questionnaire portion that asks questions that we need to check off as part of the return. (ownership, etc)
2) Engagement letter template to generate and populate with client data
3) any kind of client information such as fixed asset listing so client can identify any assets that have been taken out of service.
I know some other tax software offer this so just wanted to see if Lacerte has something that I have missed all these years.

No. You could use the 1040 organizer to print an Asset Acquisition list as a pdf for a no name client, then use Word to create your Engagement Letter. I think the general idea is that P&L and BS speak for most business returns.
I used to print the current year input sheets, that showed prior year and use that internally, or maybe give to those wonderful little outfits that did not keep records other than on a hunk of paper.
