I add new user, but I can't receive email for allow to new user

You can't complete the process of sending to Intuit or you complete the process but an e-mail doesn't show up?
I complete the process, but when the new user put the credentials, the screen showing that the new user need confirmation the firm administration and will be sent email for allow, but this email never coming to the firma
Have you checked you spam folder to make sure it isn't ending up there?
