Did you clear all the diagnostics on the Check Return tab prior to trying to e-file?
What exactly are the diagnostic messages for each of these, along along with the codes you quoted? We don't work for Intuit and don't have a manual to decipher these codes.
If you do a Google search, you will see that "46723" is related to the IRS not processing refund by direct deposit in the event a return (e.g. for TY2019) is filed after November 30 (e.g. of 2020). In case that applies to your client, refund by paper check should be chosen instead.
