"IRA contribution must be deposited on or before April 18, 2023"

The client letter reads:

"The contribution to your traditional IRA for 2022 is $6,000. To ensure that your contribution is allowable, $6,000 must be deposited to your account on or before April 18, 2023"

This verbiage causes a lot of confusion for clients who has contributed already. Is there a way to remove it?

I found the answer myself after posting the question. If you enter the contribution amount in the filed "Contribution made (letter use only)", the paragraph will not show up.
