I use Intuit link to request and share documents with my clients, including their completed tax returns. This year, numerous clients have reported issues logging into Intuit Link, which they don't seem able to resolve themselves but I haven't gotten a clear picture of exactly what the issue is; did anyone else experience this? Is there any instructions I can provide them?
If this continues to be a problem I will really have to reconsider using Proconnect

It really doesn't seem to solve my clients' issues. They say they get stuck in a circular loop where they can't update their password. Another client had an issue where it would only send an SMS code to an old phone number she hadn't used in years. How can those issues be resolved?
