I use Intuit link to request and share documents with my clients, including their completed tax returns. This year, numerous clients have reported issues logging into Intuit Link, which they don't seem able to resolve themselves but I haven't gotten a clear picture of exactly what the issue is; did anyone else experience this? Is there any instructions I can provide them?

If this continues to be a problem I will really have to reconsider using Proconnect
