Does ProConnect enables e-filing of informational returns such as 1099-NEC. 1099-MIsc and 1099 INT?

There are a large number of online services that will do them for less then $5 each. If you just have a few, do a search of "file 1099 online"

I see that the add-on price for 1099s is $171. I am an employee will I get a discount? I would like to efile myself and have about 10 informational returns.

You are the employee. If you don't know if you get a discount, us non-employees certainly aren't going to be able to answer that one.  But if I had to guess, I would guess no.

Here is one of many online sites that are probably more in line with practices that just do a few 1099s at year end. https://www.efilemyforms.com/
