Are any of you getting these error messages? Are you able to file returns?

1. South Carolina calculations associated with conformity or nonconformity to provisions of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act of 2025 are currently being researched and will be available in a future release. SC - Ref #61701

2. Federal PBR IDNotify is not included in this version of the program. US - Ref #0

Hi, these messages are warning diagnostics but will not prevent e-file.  They are letting you know that the state has not yet confirmed all of their state-specific changes in relation to the OBBB.  It is possible that calculations could change if you efile prior to that confirmation depending on the final state decisions regarding conformity or nonconformity with the Federal changes.  The second diagnostic is warning you that there is a form that is part of the Pay by Refund forms that is not available yet and will not print with the return.

I am getting the same error message for NJ tax returns. Previous agent indicated it may be a payment forms issue however I beginning to doubt it. Both returns are generating refunds but one is pay-by-refund and the other has been paid by invoice. Both has this as a critical issue and will not allow e-filing.

Message: E-file Transmission Failure

Tax Year 2025 transmissions are not available. ProConnect Tax Online is not ready to process Tax Year 2025 for this return. Problem occurred transmitting efile data.

I apologize I am out of office today (Intuit_Kallana), but saw that you responded so responding from my personal account to you.  The pay by refund error is due to one of the required Pay by Refund forms not yet being released in the program.  That error will still allow you to efile as it is only a critical blocking diagnostic not an e-file blocking diagnostic.  In regards to New Jersey returns, there is a delay in processing those returns and they are not currently available for efiling.  You can check availability for state efiling for by type of return here and this page will update when New Jersey becomes available: ProConnect E-file Agency Approvals .

No worries. I reached out again to customer support. We were able to determine and resolve it just as you mentioned. S/N: These states need to do better!

According to the NJ tax filing website, it states that they are accepting e-filings.  Is this delay on Intuits part?

I am getting the same diagnostic for all my Arkansas programs.
