I've been using notes for critical situations for my clients that concern to following years, for instance missing yearly information that clients never bring to the table unless they are reminded.
How we will go back to 2024 and go thru all our clients one by one to copy and paste, and now the new comments won't be forwarded to the following years, in this era how something so simple can not be carry forward.
This is stupid.
I love Proconnect, but something has to be corrected.
Please repair this issue
