Proconnect - What the Difference between Conversion and Upload?

Hello, I think I figured things out kinda??

Conversion is for Professional Providers who is  to switching to Proconnect Tax system.  Because the selection is for a specific provider, have to sign into, to  retrieve data for the conversion.  You have to know the prior year tax system in order to do a conversion.  (conversion for the beginning of tax season)

Upload is for Clients with PDF prior year taxes - transfer names and numbers.  Helps to compare numbers.

You are off to a good start. Now you need to learn how to do stuff with the conversions and the upload. Hint - When you want to learn how to do something - Select the software, just like you did - but try starting with only a few words - 8949 rather than how do I generate an 8949. If the few words don't do it, Start over again with a few phrases and the volunteer users that frequent this site will try to help.
