My client owes $475 on his 2020 tax return. I chose electronic withdrawal by the IRS to pay the tax liability. It did not work. Talked to the IRS and they said this a software problem. Is Proseries working to fix this problem?

Call the IRS 3 times and get 4 different answers. If it is a software problem, is it an Intuit or an IRS software issue?

You said it was a software problem but didn’t say which side it was. Since then we have learned it is an issue on the IRS side of the equation.
