What does the error say?
When you complete the template, you need to save the file as .xls or .xlsx I would use a simple name like Depreciation.xls
Then you would import that file https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/import-or-export-data-files/help/how-do-i-import-stock-trans... speaks about stock, but the same procedure
If you still have problems, contact support.
Thanks for the help, I did give you the Error message.
I tried saving the file, I tried changing the name slightly also, but their template gets the error message: file name or extension is invalid or corrupt.
Sorry, I guess I missed the error message. What program did you use to open the template? Are you on PC or Apple?
Too many variables to solve here. I think you need to work with support. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/taxation/help/how-to-contact-proconnect-tax-online-for-help/...
Depending on how many depreciation items, it may just be easier to manually enter them.
