I imported a TurboTax Return PDF from last year. I would like to send an organizer to the client with last year's info populated. There is no option to do this in the clients' return in ProConnect. Also, you say our office is open 6am PST to 6PM PST. It is 7:30 AM EST when I call and you are somehow closed. This is the worst customer service ever.

Hi @kevng23 , ProConnect does not populate organizers with data as it uses Intuit Link, not actual organizer forms. However, if the 2024 return is in the system, you can go under Batch Actions on the Tax Return screen and choose to print prior year worksheets, which will show the prior year information in a separate printable document that you can provide to clients or utilize within your firm.
In regards to our hours of operation, ProConnect Support is open:
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 9:00pm Eastern Time
Saturday (until April 15th) 11:00am to 7:00pm Eastern Time
Sunday - closed
