Arkansas and Oklahoma state forms

The Arkansas and Oklahoma state discussions indicate they are conforming to the OB3 but I don't see anywhere to deduct overtime or tips on the state returns.  How do I make those adjustments?

"Conforming" in this situation means "We still start with Federal AGI, which is above where those subtractions are shown."

In other words, these two items are not actually being considered as adjustments to income above the line on the state returns. At least I know what to tell my clients
