Has anyone sent their 2023 electronic organizers to clients yet? We did a couple of test emails and when the client clicks the "ACCEPT" link, he gets an error message.
Also, how you are all sending the PDF prior year worksheets to clients? Email through ProConnect? Can you send them in batch?
Any input is appreciated. Happy New Year.
They have to ignore the big obvious space to enter their email address and look for the little hidden link that says create an account.
I just came on here to complain about this. Losing leads because "it's too complicated." Even doing screenshots or a video how to get in like you'll see from a bunch of firms online, it's too much friction and people will walk.
I am wondering if you sent the prior year worksheets for 2023 tax preparation? I too was wondering if they are useful or redundent.
Generally speaking, this is way to early to be a guinea pig for the software. In addition, clients probably are going HUH? We still have a couple of holiday seasons to get through, why is this tax person bugging us now.
I don't trust the software until at least January. Actually I am speaking more from experience with Lacerte than ProConnect. ProConnect doesn't work until Lacerte works, as their programming is very closely tied together.
