I was Charged by ProConnect for customer's 2023 Tax year that it would not let me E-File. How can get Pro-Connect to give me a refund or Credit since I'm unable to E-File this return? The customer does not want a Print out to mail copy.
Not being able to efile is not grounds for a refund for Intuit.
Why wouldn't it efile?
