Anyone else having a hard time accepting that we can't send organizers because the new access fee won't be paid until next week. Am I just too early or was this a big miss by Intuit. They decide to charge us an access fee but delay access. I even tried to go into 2023 organizers so I can update the language on my letter and questionnaires etc. Guess what, I don't have access to any year any more.
This is the first time in decades I took a real break at the end of Dec and am super ready, this week, to get all my organizers done and out before the 3rd. I felt so good about this. Now I'm delayed until next week which is already booked with prior committments. Ok rant over but I am very upset about it. I spared the PTO agent who told me that this is a know issue and that they are working on it. He said I was not his first unhappy call about this issue.
Sorry you are having trouble. I was able to update my letter and organizer for 2025 and even sent it out to myself to test it. It all seemed to work fine. Did you pay that extra $99 user fee yet? I think we paid that a while ago so perhaps that's why??
