Yes, they fixed it now.  The problem was the $75 fee wasn't going to be drafted until the 7th so it cut off all access as if the fee wasn't paid.  You're right, we agreed to that fee last year, I believe around May 2024 so it just was frustrating not to be able to get access.  All is good now.  Thank you for replying.
