I tried to have a live chat via PTO Digital Assistant but it seems it has been disconnected. Is that correct?
It seems so. I have been trying for a couple days and just get a perpetual "Connecting you to a Digital Assistant..." pop up. I'm not sure how to get assistance at this point.
Edit: I called technical support and it looks like my browser (Safari) is not the best browser. They recommend Chrome.

FYI, I am using Chrome and still cannot do a live chat. May I know what number that you called and they have a person to talk to? Thanks for your reply.
In the beginning, live chat was the only support option for PTO as it was called then.
