Anyone else have clients that are getting error messages when they try to log into intuit link? Seems to be happening a lot lately...
Yes, I had a client submit documents via upload with success on their end and I am unable to see any documents are available. We worked with the help desk who had the client try a different browser, I am still unable to see that documents have been uploaded.
Also, the Proseries help desk tech just kept stating it was a free product.
