I can't add new customers because it says I need to contact admint
ProConnect doesn't impose restrictions on subscribers adding and preparing returns. Returns are charged only with printing/e-filing.
It sounds like you are a user within your firm and you have not been granted permission to add clients. You should, therefore, contact the administrator within your firm to resolve this.
