Federal Return automatically attached to State Return in Proconnect Tax Online

Is the federal return automatically attached to the state return in Proconnect Tax Online? There is currently no way to double check that is actually the case. When the state return is printed to pdf, I see not attachment of the federal return to the state return. Is this normal in PTO?

Yes, this is normal.  PTO automatically attaches the required returns.  For states that require a copy of any return to be manually attached, you will receive a critical diagnostic, which will clear automatically after you have attached the PDF file and linked it to the correct form/schedule.
