Once you E-File a return, does the E-File status change, and how do you know the IRS has accepted and approved your clients return?

Yes, that is all there is. IRS has accepted the return = the USPS tracking has shown the envelope has been received by IRS.

For now, all is well with the IRS (and maybe a state).

Hi George and thanks for your reply, however, yes I can see that the return was ACCEPTED,  my question is: "Is that it?" I can say that all is well with the IRS? Am I overthinking this?
