I have two tax returns on the efile dashboard with a status of received by Agency and received by Intuit for days now. Anyone know how to get them to update?

I have the same situation. The return in question was the first one that I have filed that under the CARES act did not have to repay a sizeable premium tax credit. I assume that may be the hold up.
