Cannot register to webinar

I am unable to register for any webinar. I entered all the info, but the "Sign me up" button is still grayed out. Can anyone please help? Thank you!

You are asking other users, so we can't answer how ProConnect don't work right! Try https://www.cpaacademy.org/s/globalsearch?searchKey=Live%20Webinars&price=FREE&irsCe=true as they may have that same course offered through them.
