Can Master Admin rights be granted to multiple people?

Can multiple people be designated as Master Admin?  I need reports from PTO and it says I don't have access because we recently changed the Master Admin from myself to my business partner due to an issue in QBO.  That transferred Master Admin in PTO also, and we don't want that.  We would like PTO to have me as Master Admin and QBO to have my business partner as Master Admin

In case anyone else is interested, I received the answer on the FB page.  You can only have one master admin.
