I am getting this message when I am trying to attach a PDF of the NY return to VA. I have confirmed there are no characters other than letters, I also made sure I checked the VA box in the bottom section, selected #10 other state return for the form/line # and selected NY
The state of VA does not allow special characters in the PDF attachment description. Please enter alphanumeric only.
