I am trying to obtain client signatures on Form 8879 using DocuSign in Proconnect Tax Online. But when I try to do so, I get the following message:
I have never encountered this issue before. Anyone else having this problem? Seems like a software glitch.

Update: the issue seems to have resolved itself. And if you find yourself unable to send requests for e-signature, you can bypass the problem I described by clicking on "1-Click Request" instead of "Start a Request."
