When will Proseries come up with a real mobile app?

Right now, a client can access the portal if two things happen:

1) We send that client an invite.

2) The client accesses the portal through a browser using a URL.

Meanwhile, lower priced tax software packages include a mobile app that allows the client to upload documents directly without an invite. They can check the status of their file and allows two-way communication between the office and the client.

Turbo Tax has this feature and the last time I checked Turbo Tax and Proseries are done by the same company. So, a person that wants to use the free tax prep using Turbo Tax has a mobile app, and yet we pay so much more for our software, and we do not have a mobile app.

Hi @John Falto  Thanks for stopping by the community and suggesting a mobile app for ProSeries. We definitely want your feedback to be heard where it can drive change. For suggestions and improvements like this, the ProSeries Idea Exchange is the most impactful place to share your thoughts. When ideas are submitted there, other tax professionals can vote on them, which helps our development teams prioritize and plan future enhancements. Thanks for sharing and for being a part of the community.
