Treat your customers the way you want to be treated.

I think Intuit, does not mater the division, but in this case Lacerte/Professional Tax should let their users/customers/clients know with as much notice as possible when they, the customer, will need to upgrade their systems, both software, Operating Systems, and hardware.

Currently Microsoft is engaged in a BIG push to get all windows user to upgrade to Widows 11.  If Lacerte is going to force us to upgrade now is the time to let us know as most firms upgrade their systems in the summer.  Also, Lacerte/Intuit needs to be transparent on what software, as in years, will work on Windows 11, and what the work around is for prior years that will ne work.  We all know that Windows 11 does not play well with DOS and that Lacerte, especially the software prior 20 2024 is DOS based.
