Submitted by Jim38 on 07-13-2022 10:53 AMThe 5500-SF, participant certificates, summary annual report and Form 8955-SSA are being attached to the PDF document that is being sent to the DOL through EFAST2. Only the 5500-SF should go to the DOL for website disclosure. Please update the program so only the 5500-SF is uploaded for e-filing
