Submitted by KarenA on 07-14-2022 07:26 PMI am an experienced tax preparer and sometimes, I find problems with Lacerte which causes an incorrect tax return. After spending time with Lacerte's technical support and finding out that Lacerte needs a programming update in order fix the problem, it is frustrating that the techical support people cannot relay this information directly to the programmers. Instead, I have been told that I have to take the time to post the idea here in order for the programmers to see the problem and hopefully update Lacerte.
