I have been w/ Lacerte for 25 years. My biggest frustration is their continual attempt to 'sell' us things, services, staffing, hosting, etc. when their software doesn't even work. I spent about 3 hours on the phone today just to get the ability to log in to one of our 5 workstations and to get an update to go through. Had to uninstall, run web setup for 2022 and reinstall 23 and will have to do that on each workstation tomorrow as each station has its own authentication with the employee's cell phone req'd.
Please quit trying to sell us more and just pay for more or more qualified programmers. It seems that every update causes new problems.
