state of alaska 990 - t filing requirments

when an Alaskan exempt organization has the need to file a 990 - t , they must also need to file a form 6000 with the state of Alaska - a diagnostic warning sb made for anyone with this requirement.  Lacerte should have the form 6000 as an automatic part of the preparation. it appears i now have to make them a c corp filing and pay more, they must file electronically or pay a fine.  i still do not know what the penalties for all the returns i did not file, i didn't know there was even a requirement to file.  most of my returns will owe no tax as their is a 25k threshold, thank god - please add this to your todo list - tx

Thanks for the idea to add Alaska Form 6000. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it has been around for over 30 days and no longer considered "New".
