State forms

There are STILL no forms available for Nebraska Partnerships.  We can't even view the forms to see how it is computing the new PTET.  We have received Nebraska Partnership forms from other firms that are not using Lacerte and their programs are not only completing the NE forms, they are able to print and issue them.  When we called support to see if they had any kind of release date for the NE forms for partnerships, their "help" was that we can just to to the state website and download the forms to fill out manually.  That is NOT what I pay for.  Even if the forms can't be efiled yet, if we could at least SEE the forms, we would be able to check computations etc.  The forms for PTET are in the S Corporation program, why not in the partnership program? When I tried to get an account manager or customer service, I could not even get to a human being unless I said I wanted to buy the program and ended up at billing.  At least they were human and tried to help!!!
