My support call today was great, she was very friendly and helpful.
Come to find out, when I shared my screen I found out that her cursor was removed from some recent update on Lacerte's side, bad bad bad idea as that was a super helpful tool. Please bring that back. The Lacerte rep's want it back, they were surprised when it vanished as it was a good tool.
