I HAVE TRIED TO SOLVE AN ISSUE FOR ALMOST THREE MONTHS AND I CANNOT EVEN GET SOMEONE TO DEAL WITH. I WAS FINALLY SENT AN EMAIL FROM KARA MAY AND HER TELEPHONE NUMBER OF ******* DOES NOT RESPOND. SOMETIMES IT SAYS NOT AVAILABLE. SOMETIMES IT SAYS THIS WILL BE RECORDED AND THEN WHEN IT SEEMS TO ANSWER, THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO TALK TO AND I HAVE WAITED, SAYING HELLO FOR THREE MINUTES AT TIMES. AND I HAVE CALLED MANY, MANY TIMES. I HAVE BEEN WITH LACERTE FOR 19 YEARS. THE SERVICE HAS NEVER BEEN SO BAD. I WONDER WHY I AM WITH YOU GUYS AT ALL....
