printing input sheets

When input sheets were being printed in the 2021 program, if your setting was set to force, not only would you get an input sheet that had data already entered or proforma'd from 2020, but you would also get that same input sheet printed as a blank. Normally, the blank would print out first, so unless you were aware that something had already been entered , you could easily discard the one with information on it. It would be helpful if the blank wouldn't print if a filled out one was also printing OR atleast have the filled out one print first.
