Since most of our clients don't like the "e-organizer" we end up emailing most of them via the "print paper organizer" format which then generates an email with the attached organizer and instructions.
However, when sent in this manner, clients using Apple devices receive the file in an unusable "WINMAIL.DAT" file format. With many clients using iOS devices, this is becoming an increasing inconvenience, as we then have to re-send these individually by saving the file to the desktop and then sending again.
It's absurd that this still hasn't been fixed, especially given the price firms pay for this software!!
